The use of Hexafluorine® in the case of a splash in the face of 70% hydrofluoric acid splash allowed to avoid any sequela for the wounded person with an immediate pain relief. No lost work days. The examples of protocols of use with water and calcium gluconate we can find in documentations are not convincing. They even can lead to fatal cases for concentrated hydrofluoric acid splashes.
Hexafluorine® and its emergency protocol allows an active washing, thanks to its hypotonic and absorbing properties we do not have with a rinsing with water.
