 Three cases of ocular projection with basic substance were immediately washed with Previn® (Diphotérine®). After ophthalmological control, no sequelae was noticed. Then they got back to work rapidly. This absence of costly lost work period is not negligible taking into consideration the direct and undirect costs that this type of accident represents.
