Valuation of the first aid efficiency in case of splashes with chemical products.

This report is the next of the survey (INRS DMT 53) concerning the addition of the accidents obtained by the occupational doctors after ocular and cutaneous splashes with chemical products.
A reminder about the importance of the emergency treatment is done. We can notice a trend to a decrease of the days lost from work and secondary care with Diphotérine® thanks to the results. In addition, the study shows that Diphotérine® stops the pain immediately and its use is more adapted than a rinsing with water (innocuousness, temperature...)."
